Following the high number of requests and orders received in recent weeks for the free datasets available on its marketplace, IPTSAT Srl has decided to introduce a nominal fee for access to this data.
This decision stems from the need to manage the growing traffic and download requests in a more sustainable manner, while ensuring service continuity and the quality of data distribution.
The price charged will be purely symbolic, and all proceeds will be donated to the WWF to support projects and initiatives dedicated to restoring biodiversity and protecting natural ecosystems.
With this decision, IPTSAT aims to transform the high demand for data into a concrete opportunity to contribute to environmental conservation, while maintaining its mission to make data increasingly accessible to the community.
“Technology must serve life. With this initiative, every pixel analyzed becomes a seed planted for the future of our biodiversity.”
We invite you to visit the BioSat Marketplace to explore the new datasets and join us in supporting the WWF.
NOTE
For complex projects and public administration entities, the data will remain free of charge; IPTSAT will pay the required contribution to the WWF!
