WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS AND WHY?
1. Browsing data
The computer systems that enable this website to function collect, during their normal operation, some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols—such as IP addresses or domain names of users’ computers, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, request time, method used to submit the request to the server, size of the file obtained in response, numeric code indicating the response status (success, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and IT environment.
These data are used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to monitor its proper functioning and are deleted immediately after processing.
2. Data you provide voluntarily
a) When you contact us: if you send us an email to the addresses listed on the site or fill out the “Contact Us” form, we will process your data (name, email address, message content, and optionally phone number and role) solely to respond to your inquiries. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject.
b) When applying to work with us: the data you provide through the “Work with us” form (name, surname, email, phone number, address, date and place of birth, nationality, information about work experience, CV) are processed to assess your application. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
Please do not include sensitive information such as health data or data revealing racial or ethnic origin, trade union membership, religious or philosophical beliefs, or sexual orientation, as we do not require such information.
c) When required to comply with legal obligations or defend our rights: your data may be processed to fulfill a legal obligation, comply with an authority’s order, or to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim. The legal bases are compliance with legal obligations and the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
DO YOU HAVE TO PROVIDE YOUR DATA?
You are under no obligation to provide your data or complete the forms. It is entirely optional.
However, if you want to receive a response to your queries or apply for a job, you must provide the data listed above.
If you do not consent to receive promotional communications, you will not be informed about our services, updates, offers, or events.
WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH?
Data are processed by employees of the company who are authorized and trained for this purpose.
Data may also be shared with third-party companies and external consultants used by the Controller to provide services (e.g., IT service providers, website hosting providers, commercial consultants), who are appointed as Data Processors.
Data may also be disclosed to public or private third parties only if required by law or regulation.
WHERE IS YOUR DATA STORED?
We store your data on our servers located in Italy. However, we may use service providers located outside the European Union in the course of our business. For example, we use Google Inc., based in the USA, for email services.
In any case, data transfers are only made where adequate safeguards exist under data protection law, such as an adequacy decision by the European Commission or the adoption of standard contractual clauses.

HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR DATA?
Data provided through contact forms or webinar participation: for the time necessary to provide the service, and in any case for no more than three months.
Data submitted for job applications: retained for 1 year from the date of application.
Your name and email collected for promotional communications (with your consent): retained for 24 months, unless you withdraw your consent at any time.
WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE OVER YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
You may request, at any time, access to your personal data, correction, deletion (in the cases provided for by Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679), restriction of processing (as per Art. 18), or a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
You may withdraw your consent to receive promotional communications at any time.
You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali) if you believe your rights have been violated, following the procedures available at: www.garanteprivacy.it
You may also object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing or in the cases provided by Art. 21 of the Regulation, stating the reasons for the objection.
