Iptsat Srl reserves the right to suspend or delete the account in case of violation of the terms.

4. Purchase and Payment Terms

Purchases of digital products are made online via the secure PayPal payment system or by bank transfer.

All prices are shown in Euros and, unless otherwise stated, VAT is excluded.
The contract is considered finalized upon delivery of the Digital Products.

5. Delivery of Digital Products

After payment is completed, the digital products will be made available for download or access according to the instructions on the product page.
No physical delivery is provided.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter o) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), no right of withdrawal applies to digital content provided via immediate download, with the user’s explicit consent.

By making the purchase, the user agrees to the immediate execution of the contract before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.

7. User Obligations

The user agrees to:

  • Use the purchased products only for lawful purposes and in compliance with third-party rights.
  • Not reproduce, distribute, or resell the content without authorization.

8. Liability

Iptsat Srl does not guarantee the absence of errors or service interruptions and shall not be held liable for:

  • Temporary website unavailability
  • Any damages resulting from improper use of the digital content
  • Technical malfunctions beyond its control

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the site, including text, images, logos, software, and data, is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights.
Copying or unauthorized use is prohibited.

These terms are governed by Italian law.
For any disputes, the Court of Rome shall have jurisdiction, except as otherwise provided for consumers (Art. 66-bis of the Consumer Code).
